Bg. 18.57
cetasa sarva karmani
mayi sannyasya mat-parah
buddhi-yogam upasritya
mac-cittah satatam bhava
In all activities just depend upon Me and work always under My protection. In such devotional service, be fully conscious of Me.
Bg. 18.58
mac-cittah sarva-durgani
mat-prasadat tarisyasi
atha cet tvam ahankaran
na srosyasi vinanksyasi
If you become conscious of Me, you will pass over all the obstacles of conditioned life by My grace. If, however, you do not work in such consciousness but act through false ego, not hearing Me, you will be lost.
The only sacrifice recommended in this age is the chanting of the Hare Krishna mantra because in this age it is not possible to accumulate the needed funds for performing sacrifices, not to speak of finding expert brahmanas who can chant the mantras perfectly. (Srimad Bhagavatam, 4.4.32 Purport)
One should invite people, chant Hare Krishna, and then distribute prasada. This yajna will satisfy all the demigods, and thus there will be peace and prosperity in the world. (Srimad Bhagavatam, 4.6.53 Purport)
One should not artificially try to see the form of the Lord while chanting Hare Krishna, but when the chanting is performed offenselessly the Lord will automatically reveal Himself to the view of the chanter. The chanter, therefore, has to concentrate on hearing the vibration, and without extra endeavor on his part, the Lord will automatically appear. (Srimad Bhagavatam, 4.8.53 Purport)
